HOW LABORATORY INQUIRIES TYPICALLY WORK:

  1. We review the request and discuss the details and options for FREE.
  2. We either accept the request or recommend a suitable referral for FREE.
  3. If accepted, a detailed quote is provided for FREE.
  4. If our services are agreed upon, your samples can be prepared by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), which may include sample selection, collection, markup, and sectioning for example.
  5. Laboratory services can be conducted by a licensed PE.
  6. A test report can be prepared or reviewed by a licensed PE.

We are specifically designed to easily keep your name, company name, communications, and other information safe, secure, and confidential with ONE (1) consultant. Files/documents (e.g. data, images, notes, results, and reports) can be safe and secure in one (1) hardcopy form or one (1) external drive to be completely destroyed on your selected date.
